When will my item be shipped out?
We ship on Mondays and Wednesdays. We ship with DHL and Royal mail, however, there are sometimes delays which are out of our control, please be patient and email us if you have any questions.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
What is “Made to Order”?
Each made-to-order piece is individually crafted in our London studio once your order is placed. Please allow 6-7 weeks for production before your garment is shipped.
If you need your piece sooner, email us and we’ll always try our best to accommodate.
If you require any size adjustments, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss your requirements.
Please note that once adjustments have been made, the garment is created specifically for you and therefore all such orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Can I return my “Made to order” purchase?
If you have not requested any adjustments to your order and it has been made to our “base fit”, Atkin Studio will offer a refund if you are unhappy for any reason.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn, with all original tags attached and in their original condition
What is a “Collection Piece”?
A collection piece is a one-of-one item which may have been worn for shows or recent shoots. Each of theses items will have been professionally dry cleaned and check for any damages prior to sale.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are currently unavailable. However, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for any items that have not had adjustments made.
