Return Cost

Return shipping currently is not covered by ATKIN STUDIO.

Depending on where you live it may take time for your parcel to get back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance.

If returning an item from outside the UK, please ensure 'RETURNED GOODS’ is written on the parcel, to avoid any customs charges. ATKIN STUDIO is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made and may refuse to receive the parcel.

14 Days to Return

If you would like to return an item, you must notify ATKIN STUDIO within 14 days from the date of delivery. You will then have 14 days from the notification date to return your item to the address on the return shipping label.

Products must be returned in their original condition with original tags attached and packaging. The product must not be worn, altered or washed. Products returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment for returned items. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded.

Please note that if you request adjustments to a made to order piece, once those adjustments have been completed, the garment is created specifically for you. As a result, these orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
